All businesses depend on the value of data held on computer systems.  Data is an asset to be stored, maintained, protected and exploited for value.  As the public cloud makes infrastructure less visible, so the focus on data and its value becomes more important.  

The Data Unpacked channel was established to focus on the challenges of managing data in modern hybrid and multi-cloud environments.  New issues like ransomware are forcing greater focus on data protection, however, data mobility, data analytics and other aspects all form part of what is becoming one of the most important parts of an IT organisation; data management.  This podcast series digs into the details to help everyone understand and gain knowledge from answering the challenges at large.
